當(dāng)朝霞沖破海岸線，晨曦的余輝撒向廣闊的海面，海水蕩漾著波光，閃爍著迎接新一天的希望;當(dāng)洶涌的海水擊打著礁石，在石壁上蕩出美麗的浪花，用微笑來(lái)迎接生命的磨練;我們，，懷著夢(mèng)想，用堅(jiān)定的信念來(lái)迎接人生的挑戰(zhàn)！
伴著新學(xué)期鐘聲的敲響，我們告別了昨天，邁向了今天。在鏗鏘有力的鐘聲里，你能聽(tīng)出那蘊(yùn)藏著生命的呼喚嗎？你能感受到那跳動(dòng)著生命的旋律嗎？……是的，這是生命的呼喚，呼喚著我們這群二中的新生！這是生命的跳動(dòng)，跳動(dòng)著我們這群少年不滅的激-情！面對(duì)這嶄新的一切，我們欣喜，我們激動(dòng)！
雖然，我們?cè)?jīng)擁有過(guò)輝煌，但那已成為枕邊一段甜美的回憶;也許，我們?cè)?jīng)遭受過(guò)挫折，但那已凝結(jié)為幾滴苦澀的淚痕;忘記曾經(jīng)的成功與失敗，我們只需要把經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)銘刻于心！讓曾經(jīng)的輝煌激勵(lì)我們，過(guò)去的失敗只是為了襯托成功的未來(lái)！
昨天積淀的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，是我們今天珍藏的財(cái)富;
昨天犯下的錯(cuò)誤，是我們今天寶貴的教訓(xùn)。
如今，十幾年經(jīng)歷的苦辣酸甜都已過(guò)去，嶄新的未來(lái)等待著我們?nèi)ラ_(kāi)創(chuàng)！同學(xué)們，松弛的神經(jīng)又要繃緊了，床頭的鬧鐘又將在清晨奏鳴，久違的燈下又該呈現(xiàn)我們的身影，對(duì)于未來(lái)，路程將會(huì)更加曲折、泥濘！你~做好準(zhǔn)備了嗎？如果你早有準(zhǔn)備，那么，就讓我們高聲大喊出：“新學(xué)期，我能行！”
學(xué)校為我們提供了和-諧優(yōu)美的教育環(huán)境，帶領(lǐng)我們邁入知識(shí)的殿堂，無(wú)私的把一切奉獻(xiàn)給祖國(guó)的希望，那就讓我們用努力來(lái)使學(xué)校變的更加燦爛，輝煌！不要害怕孤單，因?yàn)槲覀兩磉厱?huì)時(shí)刻有位朋友，用畢生的心血和汗水澆灌著我們這一棵棵幼苗！不要彷徨迷茫，因?yàn)槟闵磉呌肋h(yuǎn)會(huì)有一位長(zhǎng)者，為你撥開(kāi)迷霧見(jiàn)陽(yáng)光！這個(gè)人就是我們敬愛(ài)的老師！……如此富有的我們，有什么理由不茁壯成長(zhǎng)？
我們自主：因?yàn)槲覀冇忻鞔_的方向！
我們自立：因?yàn)槲覀冊(cè)诮?jīng)歷風(fēng)霜中不斷成長(zhǎng)！
我們自信：因?yàn)槲覀儞碛邪寥坏馁Y本！
我們自強(qiáng)：因?yàn)槲磥?lái)的祖國(guó)需要我們這一代青年去拼搏開(kāi)創(chuàng)！
來(lái)吧！讓我們以知識(shí)為槳，以信念為帆，乘載我們的夢(mèng)想，向未來(lái)啟航！
珍藏過(guò)去，放眼未來(lái)，新的學(xué)期，象征著嶄新的開(kāi)始;新的開(kāi)始，象征著全新的里程！20xx由我們主宰，20xx因我們而精彩！讓我們堅(jiān)信：“新學(xué)期，我能行！”讓我們懷揣夢(mèng)想，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)譜寫(xiě)生活的絢麗華章！
當(dāng)我們告別了一個(gè)放松與調(diào)整的暑假，迎來(lái)了新的一學(xué)期，那么，我們又該做哪些努力，才能獲得一些成績(jī)，讓自己的名字，留在二中輝煌的歷史篇章中呢？為此，我提出以下倡議：
一、發(fā)揚(yáng)不達(dá)目的不罷休的拼搏精神
開(kāi)學(xué)了，同學(xué)們都應(yīng)該定下了自己新學(xué)期的目標(biāo)，那么，為了這個(gè)目標(biāo)，你是否做好了吃苦耐勞的準(zhǔn)備？前方的路并不平坦，你是否有不達(dá)目的不罷休的拼搏精神？這是一個(gè)成功者必須具備的條件，所以，朝著自己的目標(biāo)，努力吧！不要害怕絆腳的石子，不用畏懼洶涌的波濤。愛(ài)拼，敢拼，會(huì)拼，才會(huì)贏！
二、堅(jiān)持沒(méi)有，只有更好的進(jìn)取精神
當(dāng)你找到了一個(gè)方向，不斷拼搏，獲得一點(diǎn)小小的成功的時(shí)候，你就必須具備這種沒(méi)有，只有更好的進(jìn)取精神。如果你不具備這種精神，那么當(dāng)你獲得一點(diǎn)小小的成功時(shí)，你就會(huì)止步不前，你不再努力，不再拼搏，那么別人在進(jìn)步，你卻總沉浸在“我很好”的幻想中，學(xué)習(xí)如逆水行舟，不進(jìn)則退！所以，大家在獲得一點(diǎn)成功時(shí)，必需要戒驕戒躁，正所謂“永爭(zhēng)第一”，這個(gè)“永”字，就體現(xiàn)了永遠(yuǎn)努力，永遠(yuǎn)拼搏！
三、創(chuàng)建眾人拾柴火焰高的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神
當(dāng)你做到了以上兩點(diǎn)，別忘了與你朝夕相處的同學(xué)，別忘了一起拼搏奮斗的班集體。班級(jí)的成功與失敗都會(huì)牽動(dòng)每一個(gè)人的心。就拿大家最熟悉的常規(guī)評(píng)比來(lái)說(shuō)吧，每一分都來(lái)之不易，所以在新學(xué)期，大家也必須嚴(yán)格遵守學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度，儀表整潔，不吃零食，升旗跑操時(shí)整隊(duì)要做到快靜齊。其實(shí)，班級(jí)的每一個(gè)人都是兄弟姐妹，都是同一條戰(zhàn)線的戰(zhàn)友。所以，當(dāng)班級(jí)有了總的目標(biāo)，大家一起努力的時(shí)候，不管有多苦，你都覺(jué)得很甜。團(tuán)隊(duì)精神會(huì)給你更強(qiáng)的斗志，會(huì)幫助你獲得更大的成功！
希望各位同學(xué)能積極響應(yīng)我的倡議，也希望大家能按照學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各位老師提出的新學(xué)期要求不斷努力，展望自己無(wú)限的美好的未來(lái)，在二中的天空中留下自己美好的身影，祝成功與你相隨！

Good afternoon,everyone. Very happy to see so many new faces here. I am xxx, a senior student from class xx. Today, it gives me a great honor to give a welcome speech here, to share with you some of my experiences as well as give you some suggestions in the beginning of your college life. Actually, I am very much curious about your definitions of a good college life at this special point. Someone once complained to me that the college life is totally a waste of time and money. Do you think so? The answer is definitely no. Here I want to tell you that if you try to manage your college life well, you will find that it will be really a valuable part of your life. And now I’m going to share with you my personal experiences of my college life. I remember when I was a freshman, a junior student was giving a speech on this stage i was so impressed by her, and made my mind to study hard. So what I did in my pervious three years was just about making full use of college resources to develop my own potentials. In my first year, I studied hard as I did in my high school, attending every class, listening to teachers carefully, reviewing after class and doing homework by myself. College at that time was a brand new stage for me, I was trying to find my way of adapting to it quickly. I participated in various kinds of activities to improve my abilities, such as joining in the students union, going to the old people’s home, selling newspapers outside campus, taking part in chorus competition and recitation contest. I think my ability is somehow improved through the year of efforts. The second year was a very important turning point for me. I tried to learn more by myself and then apply the knowledge into practice. the very important event for me is the 18th china daily 21st century cup national english speaking competition in which I got the first prize in our school. but what I want to mention is only the benefits I gained from thiss competition, for example, my english speaking ability has been improved, and no longer afraid of saying a word in public and also I made friends with many students from other universities with whom I can share experience. and some other competitions like hubei provincial translation and interpreting competition, and so many more. another part is the social activities. In july xx, I went to singapore to be a volunteer in the second international traditional martial arts competition. That was also an amazing experience in my life. As you can see that I witnessed with my own eyes a different culture thus broadening my horizons. so here i want to appeal to you all that seize every opportunity to develop yourself, for the college is an integrated platform in the journey of your life through which you are bound to grow up. The third years seems like a great leap for me. equipped with the solid foundation I laid in the previous two years, I further participated in some important major-related contests, such as the outlook talent show held by cctv, the fifth cross-strait interpreting competition and national english ability competition. Through all these contests, I found myself much more confident in the road ahead. Next I’m going to give you some suggestions to help you manage your college life better. Suggestion 1: Learn as much as possible. for most of us college can be an unforgettable period for us to learn something. some one once said that university is like a dye vat, which means that you may be easily influenced by others. If you want to learn something you will be embraced by knowledge and wisdom; and if you don’t have the desire to learn you will find you get nothing after 4 years’ college life. Suggestion 2: Cultivate your potentials and interests. As we know, university is an integrated platform compared with high school. You do not need to bury your head in the books all day long. You need to conduct your self-cultivation and find where your interests lie in. For example, if you have the talent for dancing, you can join in the dance association. Just show it. Life will be colorful if there is joy. Suggestion 3: Always be optimistic and hopeful. Everybody knows that college life is mostly determined by ourselves. Sometimes you may find that teachers can’t instruct you in every aspects. So you may easily come across difficulties with which you will get bored. but please remember that life has its ups and downs, adversity is just part of our lives.Be optimistic, you will always find your way out. In a word, combine all the suggestions i’ve mentioned above with your own characteristics and stick to it, you will find success lies in somewhere along the road. 我們又迎來(lái)了新的學(xué)期，在每一個(gè)全新的起點(diǎn)，我們每個(gè)人在心里應(yīng)該都會(huì)有一個(gè)聲音在告訴自己“新學(xué)期，我能行”。因此，我們會(huì)更多地在對(duì)美好未來(lái)的憧憬中，展現(xiàn)著自己迎接新學(xué)期的新氣象。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的新進(jìn)步：
首先，我們要有一個(gè)新目標(biāo)。我們每一位師生在自己的人生目標(biāo)下，都會(huì)有著符合自己實(shí)際的更高、更具體的目標(biāo)，這個(gè)目標(biāo)應(yīng)當(dāng)是各不相同的。因此，我們必須對(duì)自己作一番具體的分析，找出實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的途徑和方法，抓住關(guān)鍵，持之以恒，在目標(biāo)的引領(lǐng)和激勵(lì)下，必定會(huì)取得新的進(jìn)步。
其次，我們更要有新的努力。第一是自己的努力。自己的事要靠自己做，告訴自己“新學(xué)期，我能行！”，自己是自身發(fā)展、進(jìn)步的內(nèi)在因素，付出一份努力才會(huì)換取一份收獲。學(xué)習(xí)并不是一種興趣，而是一種責(zé)任，是我們應(yīng)該做而且必須做好的事，為自己、為所有關(guān)心我們的人、更是為了期盼我們成材的國(guó)家。同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)必定會(huì)有負(fù)擔(dān)，沒(méi)有苦的、沒(méi)有累的過(guò)程，就不會(huì)有我們的進(jìn)步和提升，無(wú)論是今天的學(xué)習(xí)，還是明天的工作都是如此。第二是老師的努力。老師是我們的指導(dǎo)者，他們的教育、幫助、引導(dǎo)和鼓舞都會(huì)促使我們進(jìn)步。因此，我們要虛心接受老師們每一天的教育和幫助，同時(shí)還要心存感激，感激老師所給的每一份教育和幫助。沒(méi)有老師們今天嚴(yán)格的教育，就不會(huì)有我們美好的未來(lái)。
老師們，同學(xué)們，祝愿我們每一位師生在新學(xué)期里，以新的氣象，新的努力，取得新的進(jìn)步！
