　　I maintain/suppose/presume that

　　除了think這種老舊的說(shuō)法，我們可以用 maintain/suppose/presume 這幾個(gè)詞來(lái)替換。這些詞都比think、believe
要高大上、聽(tīng)上去有質(zhì)感，比如：

　　I presume the director has already heard the news.

　　我覺(jué)得主管已經(jīng)知道這件事了吧。

　　I maintain that all workers should be treated eqaully.

　　我認(rèn)為所有的工人都應(yīng)該被平等對(duì)待。

　　I suppose I saw us and our relationship as aging together , rather like a
wine.

　　隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)，我認(rèn)和我之間的關(guān)系慢慢地融洽了好多，就像是一瓶好酒，越陳越香。

　　I would say

　　當(dāng)然啦，口語(yǔ)中，還可以更輕松些，直接說(shuō)成“I would say”，意思是“我認(rèn)為……”

　　I would say it's almost time to hold him to that promise.

　　我認(rèn)為已經(jīng)差不多是時(shí)候讓他兌現(xiàn)那個(gè)承諾了。

　　If you ask me......

　　另外一種比較口語(yǔ)的說(shuō)法，就是“if you ask me”，翻譯成中文，約等于“要我說(shuō)”。

　　If you ask me, there's something a bit queer going on.

　　要是你問(wèn)我的話，我覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)兒不太對(duì)勁。

　　In my humble opinion......

　　這個(gè)表達(dá)算是中等常見(jiàn)吧，比較文縐縐，適用于比較正式的演講或書(shū)信中。

　　這個(gè)短語(yǔ)有點(diǎn)故作低調(diào)，欲說(shuō)還休的感覺(jué)，雖然是humble opinion，其實(shí)一般用這個(gè)短語(yǔ)時(shí)，說(shuō)話的人對(duì)自己觀點(diǎn)其實(shí)是相當(dāng)自信的。

　　這相當(dāng)于中文里的謙稱(chēng)，類(lèi)似于古代大臣所說(shuō)的：依臣愚見(jiàn)的感覺(jué)。

　　In my humble opinion, he will win the election.

　　依我拙見(jiàn), 他將在選舉中獲勝。

　　from the way I see things

　　這個(gè)短語(yǔ)算是比較高階的說(shuō)法了。它的妙處是通過(guò)視角來(lái)表達(dá)個(gè)人看法。意思是“從我看事情的方式來(lái)說(shuō)”，即“從我的角度來(lái)看”。

　　Well, the way I see it, when you're in a place you forget what it looks
like from the outside.

　　從我的角度來(lái)看，有時(shí)候真是*者迷。

　　For my part

　　For my part意思是“就我而言”。

　　For my part, I apologise for any offence caused by my actions
yesterday.

　　對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，我對(duì)昨天由于我的言行引起的冒犯表示道歉。
