　　1、招聘崗位：
　　全職Assistant Accountant/Accountant 助理會計(jì)/會計(jì)
　　2、Job overview:
　　Based in Beijing, the role will be involved in punctually and accurately preparing regulatory/manage financial reports of the branch, monitoring regulatory/internal management limits, analyzing the financial information of the branch and improving operational processes/procedures.
　　Major responsibilities:
　　Regulatory reports:
　　• Prepare regulatory financial reports and provide analysis to the reports.
　　• Involved in improving and documenting the technical details of operational procedures/processes on regulatory reporting.
　　Internal reports:
　　• Prepare the bank’s internal management reports and provide necessary analysis on the underlying business.
　　System:
　　• Maintain financial information in the branch’s accounting systems.
　　• Involved in book opening and accounting records keeping.
　　• Assist to monitor the exceptional items in accounting system.
　　3、Requirements:
　　Knowledge of the following is an advantage, but not a requirement:
　　• Accounting
　　• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
　　• Confident and self assured
　　• Good working attitude and take initiative to get job completed.
　　• Good command of English and communication skills.
　　• Outgoing character and good problem-analyzing skills and accurate/attention for details.
　　• Good in MS Office, knowledge of VBA programming is a bonus.
　　• In additional, it will be advantaged if you have practical experience of local regulatory reports and tax returns in the foreign bank branch
