1.新托�？谡Z(yǔ)考試的介紹
每個(gè)考生的考試錄音都至少有三個(gè)以上的評(píng)分老師進(jìn)行評(píng)估，而且有的時(shí)候一個(gè)考生的同一個(gè)部分的評(píng)估也由兩個(gè)評(píng)分教師評(píng)估，這樣來(lái)保證學(xué)生分?jǐn)?shù)的公正性�？忌姆�?jǐn)?shù)范圍是0-4分，4分為滿分，0分是考試沒(méi)做任何回答。考完之后，ETS在線評(píng)估要把考生的分?jǐn)?shù)分別從0-4分轉(zhuǎn)換成0-30分，這樣就是大家的托�？谡Z(yǔ)成績(jī)。我們會(huì)在后面介紹分?jǐn)?shù)是如何被轉(zhuǎn)換的。評(píng)估教師主要是在Topic Development， Delivery and Language Use這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評(píng)估。
第一、在考生的學(xué)術(shù)能力方面：有關(guān)考生的Topic Development， 評(píng)估老師主要的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是考生有沒(méi)有很好的處理考試中出現(xiàn)的話題，并評(píng)估考生是否具備討論與話題相關(guān)信息的能力。在口語(yǔ)考試的后面四個(gè)Tasks，評(píng)估教師還要就考生是否具備對(duì)話題的Synthesize和Summarize的能力進(jìn)行評(píng)估，就是我們?cè)诳谡Z(yǔ)透析(一)中給大家介紹的幾個(gè)方面的能力。Synthesize的主要意思是to form by combining parts of elements，考生要做的是根據(jù)考試中出現(xiàn)的信息，形成自己對(duì)事情的看法。Summarize的主要意思是to comprehensively and briefly abstract the topic， 考生需要做的是全面，簡(jiǎn)短的總結(jié)考試中出現(xiàn)的場(chǎng)景或?qū)W術(shù)lectures中的要點(diǎn)并能最終表述出來(lái)。
第二、在考生的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力方面：有關(guān)考生的Delivery方面的能力，評(píng)估教師主要在考生語(yǔ)言表述能力上的評(píng)分�？忌挠⒄Z(yǔ)表述是否清楚、流暢，并且在整個(gè)口語(yǔ)考試過(guò)程之中，考生整體上的口語(yǔ)考試部分的表現(xiàn)是否具備整體上的一致性和可理解性。這里邊，需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是“一致性”指的兩層意思。首先是考生在整體口語(yǔ)考試的過(guò)程中，口語(yǔ)整體的上表現(xiàn)水平。其次是考生在語(yǔ)言層面上對(duì)話題的闡述具有一致性。也就是考生的口語(yǔ)具備連貫性和邏輯性。有關(guān)Language Use方面，評(píng)估教師主要在語(yǔ)言的準(zhǔn)確性方面對(duì)考生的Response進(jìn)行評(píng)估，如語(yǔ)法及語(yǔ)言使用準(zhǔn)確性方面等等。這三個(gè)方面是評(píng)估教師的主要出發(fā)點(diǎn)。
2.托福口語(yǔ)取勝的關(guān)鍵
1、減少口頭禪
托�？谡Z(yǔ)考試對(duì)考生挑戰(zhàn)性的一點(diǎn)是考生幾乎沒(méi)有深入思考的時(shí)間，從給出題目到開(kāi)始考試，只有短短的15秒鐘，卻要求在45秒鐘之內(nèi)給出一個(gè)有頭有尾的完整回答。老師說(shuō)，托福考試是對(duì)考生英語(yǔ)素質(zhì)的考察，很多考生面對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)，不自覺(jué)就會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多口頭禪，有英文的：well，you know等或者毫無(wú)意義的“啊、嗯”的音節(jié)，更有甚者，將自己的中文口頭禪也說(shuō)出來(lái)。這些無(wú)意義的詞語(yǔ)出現(xiàn)在只有45秒的口語(yǔ)答案中，很具殺傷力。
老師建議考生在答題時(shí)盡量放松心情，發(fā)音能讓人聽(tīng)懂就可以�？忌鷮�(duì)于口語(yǔ)題的準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)主要集中在人、地、物、事幾個(gè)大方面，可以提前準(zhǔn)備一些相關(guān)的句型，考試的時(shí)候適當(dāng)代入。考生盡量在45秒的答題時(shí)間內(nèi)，充分展示自己的詞匯量，做到流利準(zhǔn)確。
2、多說(shuō)多反饋
很多人都知道英語(yǔ)要多說(shuō)，但是真正做到每天都說(shuō)的人很少。建議考生多做題，每天至少大聲說(shuō)足20分鐘。光說(shuō)還不行，要與人對(duì)話、與電腦對(duì)話，盡可能多地獲得反饋。如果能夠讓老師聽(tīng)，指出發(fā)音或語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤是。最簡(jiǎn)單的反饋是將自己說(shuō)的英語(yǔ)做錄音后，反復(fù)聽(tīng)，檢查錯(cuò)誤。指出只說(shuō)不反饋，永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)進(jìn)步。
最后，總結(jié)說(shuō)，托福備考是一個(gè)很乏味的過(guò)程，除了反復(fù)做題外，口語(yǔ)和寫(xiě)作還要積極獲得各種反饋。一定要有堅(jiān)持到底的信念，態(tài)度很關(guān)鍵，每天做足練習(xí)，不要輕言放棄。只有堅(jiān)持到最后，才能獲得成功。
3.托�？谡Z(yǔ)的考試時(shí)間
新托福口語(yǔ)考試讓很多的考生頭疼不已，那么我們?cè)谕懈？谡Z(yǔ)的考試中怎樣考出優(yōu)異的成績(jī)呢？新托福口語(yǔ)考試一共6個(gè)題目，其中1、2題為獨(dú)立回答題。
第3、4題要求考生先閱讀一段文字，然后再聽(tīng)一段與閱讀文字在內(nèi)容上相關(guān)的聽(tīng)力材料，最后考生按照要求回答相關(guān)問(wèn)題。下面小編就為大家?guī)?lái)托�？谡Z(yǔ)時(shí)間怎樣分配的解析內(nèi)容。
它們分別是情景題和學(xué)術(shù)題。最后的5、6道以聽(tīng)力材料為基礎(chǔ)，要求考生回答相關(guān)問(wèn)題。首先，考生掌控時(shí)間能力的強(qiáng)弱對(duì)這個(gè)部分成績(jī)的高低有著直接影響。前兩道題的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間為15秒，回答時(shí)間是45秒;3、4題的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間是30秒，回答時(shí)間則是60秒;最后兩道題目的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間是20秒，回答時(shí)間為60秒。大部分考生都反映口語(yǔ)部分的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間利用效率低、做答倉(cāng)促。新托�？谡Z(yǔ)考試時(shí)間比較緊張，考生要適度把握：
如第1、2中的題目屬于日常話題，這兩道題本身難度比較小，所以特別需要注意的就是時(shí)間的分配問(wèn)題，在這45秒鐘里，一般用5～6秒完成topic sentence， 接下來(lái)的40秒應(yīng)以每一個(gè)detail或者example不超過(guò)3～4句話的規(guī)律完成該話題，也就是說(shuō)大致20秒完成一個(gè)detail或example的表述。如果考生能在考前進(jìn)行充分的準(zhǔn)備，鍛煉自己的口語(yǔ)思維，積累常用的details或examples，考試時(shí)就會(huì)從容許多。
4.托�？谡Z(yǔ)邏輯框架的介紹
西方人說(shuō)話之所以能夠脫口而出、條理清晰，是因?yàn)樗麄冊(cè)诒磉_(dá)時(shí)都會(huì)事先在頭腦中形成大致的一個(gè)邏輯框架，即對(duì)開(kāi)頭、中間和結(jié)尾進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。如果考生們能以這樣的思維方式和邏輯與考官的思想達(dá)成共識(shí)，離高分也就近了一步。
大家都知道，在口語(yǔ)考試的6個(gè)Task中，前2個(gè)是Independent Task，后4個(gè)為Integrated Task.前面2個(gè)可以直接根據(jù)指令來(lái)回答問(wèn)題，而后面的4個(gè)要以綜合聽(tīng)力和閱讀的內(nèi)容作答。
在Task 5的時(shí)候，加入的是聽(tīng)力的內(nèi)容，也就是先聽(tīng)對(duì)話，再根據(jù)對(duì)話內(nèi)容回答問(wèn)題，準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間為20秒，答題時(shí)間為60秒。
Task 5作為4個(gè)Integrated Task中一個(gè)詢問(wèn)考生觀點(diǎn)的題目，自然要求考生觀點(diǎn)闡述相對(duì)于內(nèi)容要更為簡(jiǎn)單些。因此，攻破這關(guān)的要點(diǎn)應(yīng)按照“復(fù)述問(wèn)題-復(fù)述方案-選擇方案-闡明理由”的步驟來(lái)進(jìn)行，而這個(gè)步驟也就是我們開(kāi)頭所提到的邏輯框架。

Well， I wanna talk about my first boating in a lake.Actually it was a big fish pond and the contractor didn‘t allow boating in his lake.But a fellow of mine and I disanchored his boat and pulled the boat to the middle of the lake. We were very excited thatwe splashed water to each other. And suddenly， a big fish jumped out of the water and we became more excited and we began to strike the water surface with the paddles. To our surprise more and more fishes jumped out of the water and some of them jumped into the boat. We were so excited that we exclaimed cheerfully. Later we were reprimanded by the contractor severely but we really had a good time.

Well， first of all， I would like to establish an education fund for the children in Sichuan Province whose houses were damaged in the earthquake to make sure they could receive a good education. Some of them have lost their parents， it will be very hard for them in the rest of their lives. You know a good education is the most important thing for a person in the long run. If they were well-educated they might lead a happy life in the future.And of course I would set up a company in my hometown to improve the local economy. I have a deep love for my hometown but it mainly depends on agricultural economy so I want to improve the industrial level and thus raise(elevate) the residents‘ living standard.
