　　As we all know, there are many people smoking, although everyone knows smoking is harmful to us. Giving up smoking is not easy but addicted to it is quite easy, that’s why there are more and more people smoking. Smoking and passive smoking is risk factor that leads to various diseases. It has become world’s top 8 causes of death. More than 90% of lung cancer caused by smoking and lung cancer rates of smokers are 18 times over the non-smokers. Besides, smoking also causes angiocardiopathy, digestive system disease, oral disease and so on. In addition, passive smoking causes great concern in recent years. People have known that passive smoking also do great harm to human, too. Therefore, many countries and regions prohibit people from smoking in public zones, in order to reduce the harm of secondhand smoke. From my point of view, the best way to keep healthy is giving up smoke, for smoker’s own good as well as for others.

　　眾所周知，即使人們都知道吸煙有害健康，但現(xiàn)在依然有很多人吸煙。吸煙容易戒煙難，這就是為什么煙民越來(lái)越多的原因。吸煙以及吸二手煙都是導(dǎo)致多種疾病的危險(xiǎn)因子，煙草已經(jīng)成為全球第八大死因。超過(guò)90%的肺癌是由吸煙導(dǎo)致的，吸煙者患肺癌的幾率是非吸煙者的18倍之多。此外，吸煙也會(huì)導(dǎo)致心血管病、消化系統(tǒng)疾病、口腔疾病等。此外，吸二手煙在近些年也引起了人們很多的關(guān)注，它也會(huì)對(duì)人體造成危害。因此，為了減少二手煙傷害，許多國(guó)家和地區(qū)都禁止人們?cè)诠�共�?chǎng)所吸煙。我認(rèn)為，為了自己也為了他人的健康著想，保持健康的辦法就是戒煙。

　　As is known to us all, the surrounding has a great impact on our study and lives. In recent years, creating a green campus has been a common and popular goal for most universities or colleges. Creating a green campus has a great influence on students because most students spend their much time in campus.

　　眾所周知，環(huán)境的對(duì)我們的學(xué)習(xí)和生活有很大的影響。近年來(lái)，創(chuàng)建綠色校園已經(jīng)成為大多數(shù)的大學(xué)或?qū)W院是普遍存在的目標(biāo)了。創(chuàng)建綠色校園對(duì)學(xué)生有很大的影響，因?yàn)榇蠖鄶?shù)學(xué)生的大部分時(shí)間都是在校園。

　　However, in my opinion, to create green campus, what we need to do is not only to plant more trees and grasses to beautify our campus’s environment but also to create an energy-efficient and resource-cycled campus. Everyone on campus should be informed to form the habit of using resources properly and saving energy. In addition, the institutions should encourage students to use resources circularly.

　　然而，在我看來(lái)，創(chuàng)建綠色校園，我們需要做的是不僅要種植更多的樹(shù)和草來(lái)美化我們的校園環(huán)境也創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)節(jié)能和資源循環(huán)的校園。校園里的每一個(gè)人都應(yīng)該被要求形成節(jié)約能源資源的習(xí)慣。此外，學(xué)校應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生資源循環(huán)利用。

　　In a word, creating a green campus needs us to make joint efforts. And we can achieve it by doing pieces of small matters in daily life, such as turning off the light when leaving.

　　總之，創(chuàng)建綠色校園需要我們共同的努力。我們可以在日常生活中的小事做起，如離開(kāi)的時(shí)候關(guān)燈。

　　People always say that father’s love is so quiet but grand that it seems like a mountain. They always bury their love to children deep in the bottom of their hearts and never show it. Father seldom says I love you to their children or does something show it. Mother often tells us to eat more and put on more clothes, but father doesn’t.

　　Father seldom asks your life in school or your relationship with your friends. When you are in trouble and ask suggestions from him, he would not tell you what you should do but help you to find solutions instead. However, father still plays the most important role in your life. He is always the supporter of your life. Whenever you need, he is always by your side. This is the way he shows his love.

　　人們總說(shuō)父愛(ài)如山，安靜、偉岸，他們總把對(duì)孩子的愛(ài)深埋心底，從不顯露。父親很少會(huì)對(duì)孩子說(shuō)我愛(ài)你，也不做什么事去表現(xiàn)自己的愛(ài)。媽媽常常會(huì)叫我們多吃飯多穿衣，但父親不會(huì)這樣。他們很少過(guò)問(wèn)你在學(xué)校的生活，也不關(guān)心你與朋友們的關(guān)系如何。當(dāng)你遇到問(wèn)題向他尋求建議時(shí)，他不會(huì)直接告訴你應(yīng)該怎樣做，而是幫助你找到解決的方法。但是，父親依然是你生命中最重要的人，他永遠(yuǎn)是你生活中的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾。不管何時(shí)，只要你需要，他就會(huì)在你的身邊，這就是他表現(xiàn)愛(ài)的方式。
