【篇一】旅游日記Travelling Diary
It was already late when we set out for the next town, fifteen miles away on the other side of the hills. It got dark soon; we drove fast along the narrow winding road that led to the hills. We couldn't identify any sign of the town marked on the map. Suddenly the car stopped. We had run out of petrol. Therefore, although we had little food with us, we decided to spend the night in the car.
在我們動(dòng)身前往下一個(gè)鎮(zhèn)的時(shí)候已經(jīng)很晚了，那個(gè)鎮(zhèn)在山的另一邊離我們十五英里遠(yuǎn)。天黑得很快；我們沿著狹窄曲折的道路往山上的方向把車(chē)開(kāi)得飛快。我們?cè)诘貓D上找不到去那個(gè)鎮(zhèn)的任何標(biāo)志。汽車(chē)突然停了下來(lái)。我們的汽油用完了。所以，雖然我們只有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)食物，我們還是決定在車(chē)?yán)镞^(guò)夜。
Our meal finished very soon. I went to sleep at once. But my companion Bill who was a poor sleeper went for a walk up the hills. From the top of the hill he saw the lights of the town we were looking for. We unloaded all our luggage and pushed the car to the top of the hill at once. Then we went back to the luggage, loaded the car again and set off down the hill. We reached the town less than a quarter, and found a hotel quite easily.
我們的晚餐很快就吃完了。我馬上去睡覺(jué)。但我的同伴比爾睡眠質(zhì)量不太好所以他就到山上去散步。從山頂上他看到我們正在尋找的鎮(zhèn)的燈光。我們馬上卸下我們所有的行李，把車(chē)推到山頂。然后我們回去拿行李，把它裝到車(chē)上之后就下山了。不到一刻鐘我們就到達(dá)鎮(zhèn)了，并且很快就找到一個(gè)酒店。

【篇二】我們應(yīng)不應(yīng)該與他人對(duì)比？Should We Compare Ourselves with Others?
Now people in significant numbers are beginning to compare themselves with others. They harbor the idea that comparison can not only make them realize the differences between them and others, but also make them strive. They retreat surpassing others as success.
現(xiàn)在很多人都拿自己和別人比較。他們懷著這樣的想法，對(duì)比不僅能讓他們意識(shí)到自己與他人之間的差異，也能使他們更加努力。他們把超越他人作為成功。
Opinions vary from person to person. Some people take the attitude that comparing ourselves with others does have the passive effects to our life. On the one hand, if you compare yourself with the one who is weaker than you, you will be so satisfied with the current situation that you will lose the ambition. On the other hand, compared with the ones stronger than you, you can not find the confidence.
不同的人對(duì)此有不同的看法。有些人認(rèn)為把自己與他人相比對(duì)我們的生活有消極影響。一方面，如果你把自己和比你弱的人相比，你會(huì)滿足于現(xiàn)狀，從而丟失了野心。另一方面，與那些比你強(qiáng)的人相比，就會(huì)失去信心。
All in all, every coin has two sides. So we should not compare us with others blindly. But, we can compare ourselves with ourselves before. Only in this way, can we find out our advantages and weakness.
總之，每個(gè)硬幣都有兩面。所以我們不應(yīng)該盲目與他人對(duì)比。但是，我們可以與以前的自己相比。只有這樣，我們才能發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和弱點(diǎn)。
【篇三】我的偶像-艾薇兒•拉維尼My Idol --Avril Lavigne
There are many stars received great achievements, such as Jay Chou, Jackie Chen, Quwanting and so on. However, the star who I like the best is Avril Lavigne. She is my idol. She was born in 1984. As we all know, she began to make music when she was seventeen years old and she was famous for the song--skater boy. I was always listening to it. It’s so great. Now, however, I’m looking forward to hearing her new songs in august, 10th. Moreover, her songs help me to learn English as well. I think listening to the English songs is a great way to learn English. Do you think so? I love you, rock star. My idol –vv
