Many people dream to live a healthy life. But sometimes they do not have a full understanding of healthy life. In my mind, a healthy life includes physical and mental health. People need to have a healthy diet and regular exercise to make our physical more and more healthy. At the same time, people have to remember that mental health is also very important. People need to find ways to relax themselves and keep a good mood every day. At least do not be depressed for a long time. People can have a healthy life only when they keep a good health between physical and mental.
很多人都希望能過健康的生活。但有時卻并沒有充分認(rèn)識健康的生活。在我看來，健康生活，包括身體和心理健康。人們需要健康的飲食和規(guī)律的鍛煉來使我們的身體越來越健康。同時，人們還要記得心理健康也很重要。人們需要找到放松自己，每天保持好心情的方法。至少不要郁悶過久。只有當(dāng)身體和心理都健康的時候人們才可以過健康的生活。

There is a clean river. There are some colorful flowers. There is a beautiful mountain near the nature park. The air is fresh. The sky is blue. The clouds are white. The tree is green. The bridge is tall. The grass is green. I can run on the grass. There is a path near the lake. There are many fish in the lake. There is a forest in the nature park. There are many trees on the mountains. There are many flowers near the path.
Look! There are some birds in the sky. One, two, three…… oh! So many!
這有一個干凈的河流，有許多色彩豐富的花朵，有一個漂亮的山脈在自然公園里�？諝馐切迈r的，天空是藍(lán)的，云是雪白的，樹是綠的，橋是高的，草是綠的。我能在草上奔跑。湖泊旁邊有一條小路，有許多魚在湖泊里，有一片森林在自然公園里，有許多樹在山脈上，有許多花在小路旁邊。
