【篇一】成長的故事 The Story of Growing Up
When a couple gets married, it is natural for them to receive wishes from relatives and friends. Recently, a young couple showed the message of their coming wedding, but the public criticized the man, because they believed he was committing crime as he fell in love with a girl when she was 8 years old.
當(dāng)一對夫婦結(jié)婚時(shí)收到親戚朋友的祝福是理所當(dāng)然的。最近，一對年輕的夫婦傳來了婚訊，但是公眾卻對準(zhǔn)新郎進(jìn)行了批評，因?yàn)樗麄冋J(rèn)為他是在犯罪，因?yàn)樗跍?zhǔn)新娘8歲的時(shí)候就愛上了她。
The man and the little girl’s story seems to be romantic. But thinking of the girl’s young age when they met, and she was just a little girl, it is unbelievable. Though now she is almost 18, their story worries so many parents. They are so afraid of the negative information releases to the young children, when they don’t know the concept of love. From 8 to 18, the girl’s growing period is accompanied by this man who is much older than her, while I don’t favor of this way.
這一對夫婦的故事似乎是浪漫的，但想到他們相遇時(shí)女孩的年紀(jì)，她還只是一個(gè)小女孩，真是不可置信。雖然她現(xiàn)在快滿18歲了，但他們的故事卻讓很多父母擔(dān)心，他們很擔(dān)心在他們的小孩還沒懂得愛是什么的時(shí)候就接觸到這樣的信息。從8歲到18歲，這個(gè)女孩的成長時(shí)期都是在這個(gè)比她大了很多的男人的陪伴下度過的，我并不贊同這樣的方式。
The girl was misled by the wrong conception. Someone told her when she was 18, they would be married. As she is young and innocent, even she is 18, she doesn’t have much chance to see the variety of the world. The way she sees the world is misled by this elder man.
這個(gè)女孩被錯(cuò)誤的觀念誤導(dǎo)了。有人告訴她，18歲時(shí)他們就會(huì)結(jié)婚。因?yàn)樗昙o(jì)小、天真，所以即使是18歲，她也沒什么機(jī)會(huì)看到這個(gè)豐富多彩的世界。她看待世界的方式被這位年長的人誤導(dǎo)了。
A child’s growing up should be natural and led by the right value.
孩子的成長應(yīng)該是順其自然的，加以正確的價(jià)值觀引導(dǎo)。

Water-splashing Festival is one of the most important festivals in the world, which is popular among Dai people of China and the southeast Asia. It has been celebrated by people for more than 700 years and now this festival is an necessary way for people to promote the cooperation and communication among countries.
潑水節(jié)是世界上最重要節(jié)日之一，深受中國傣族和東南亞人民的喜愛。七百多年來，人們一直在慶祝這個(gè)節(jié)日，現(xiàn)在這個(gè)節(jié)日是促進(jìn)國家間合作和交流的必要方式。
Water-splashing Festival is celebrated during April. It always lasts for three to seven days. People will pour the clean water to each other, which means to wash away the unhappiness and the bad luck during the last year, so the good things will be around. The more water people get, the more luck they will get in the coming year. So though people scream, they feel the great joy.
潑水節(jié)是在四月舉行的，持續(xù)3到7天。人們會(huì)把干凈的水潑向彼此，這個(gè)意義在于洗去去年的不快樂和霉運(yùn)，而好運(yùn)環(huán)繞。人們得到的水越多，他們在來年的運(yùn)氣就會(huì)越好，所以盡管大家都在尖叫，但是他們確實(shí)非常的快樂。
This festival is popular in Thailand and Dai people of China, who share the same meaning of this big day. The common festival promotes the communication between countries. The State Council has preserved this festival as the intangible cultural heritage, which attache the importance to the variety of traditional culture.
這個(gè)節(jié)日在泰國和傣族人民中很受歡迎，有著同樣的意義。這個(gè)公共節(jié)日促進(jìn)了國家間的交流。國務(wù)院把這個(gè)節(jié)日作為非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保存下來，使傳統(tǒng)文化的多樣性得到了重視。

Stephen Hawking is one of the great scientists in the history, whose brilliant idea about universe opens the door for people to get to know the universe. Hawking is also a humorous person that he has showed in the movies and the public loved him so much. As a father, his suggestions to the children are very impressive.

Stephen Hawking gave three suggestions to his children. Though he was disable at the young age, his love for his children was as strong as other fathers. The first suggestion is to remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. The second is to never give up work. Work gives you meaning and purpose and life is empty without it. The last is that if you are lucky enough to find love, remember it is rare, and don’t throw it away.

The three suggestions are just from an ordinary father. He just wishes his kids can enjoy the life and find their own value in the world. It is also the common expectation from all fathers. Stephen Hawking is a great wise man.
這三個(gè)建議來自一個(gè)普通的父親，他只是希望自己的孩子可以享受生活，找到自己的價(jià)值。這也是來自天下所有父親的共同期望。斯蒂芬·霍金是一個(gè)偉大的智者。
