一、 教學(xué)內(nèi)容

1、本單元要求會(huì)聽,說,認(rèn)讀的單詞和詞組:

goat sheep horse donkey tomatoes potatoes

Are they? How many?

2、能夠聽懂并發(fā)出與農(nóng)場相關(guān)的簡單的指令,如,Shear a sheep.

3、幫助學(xué)生在掌握單詞的基礎(chǔ)上造出句子,編出對話,學(xué)以致用。

4、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語交流的能力,為學(xué)生的進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)奠定基礎(chǔ)。

二、教學(xué)要求

1、能夠聽、說、認(rèn)讀本課時(shí)的主要單詞,如hen, cow, horse, goat, lamb.

2、掌握本單元出現(xiàn)的生詞,詞組和字母。

三、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)

1、本單元重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)農(nóng)場上常見的牲畜和蔬菜名稱以及包含名詞復(fù)數(shù)形式的一般疑問句。

2、難點(diǎn)在于A分的Let’s talk 和Let’s learn.

四、教學(xué)時(shí)間

本單元共6課時(shí),每周3課時(shí),2周完成。

Lesson 31

1. Teaching aims

Let the students master the words and expressions:

family, parents, uncle, aunt, baby brother and dad.

3.Teaching steps

1) Greetings and sing a song

Say “Hello” to everybody, talk something about the weather and the date. Then sing a song named “ An apple a day makes a doctor away”.

2) New content

Hand out a photo of many members. Introduce the family members to them. And describe them in English. At the same time the teacher shows the new word cards to them and let them read one by one. Then the students read after the tape 3 times and ask the students to remember the new words at once. Then, the teacher show the picture and let them practice them.

Next let them take out their photos and practice in pairs to introduce and describe each other’s family members. At the same time the teacher write the sentence “ Come and meet my family” “This is my…” “He/She is…” “He/She has…”on the blackboard. After that , choose several students to introduce and

describe his/her family members by using the sentence

Hand out the pictures of the farmers and so on and let others to guess “What’s the man/woman?” Next, it’s same to the words of baseball player, doctor, driver, farmer, and nurse on the projector. And ask who can read the words. Ask some ones to read.

1、復(fù)習(xí)上一個(gè)單元的單詞。

2、全班分兩大組來唱第上一單元的Let’s chant。

3、呈現(xiàn)新知:

(1)請同學(xué)們說一說你的家里都有哪些玩具,看看誰能說到老師要講的其中的一個(gè)。學(xué)生說到的玩具熊,教師就出示teddy bear的圖片或?qū)嵨锝蘴eddy bear,帶讀,并將圖片和詞卡貼在黑板上。用同樣的方法教:ball,plane,boat,doll,car等等。

(2)讓學(xué)生看這些玩具組成的動(dòng)畫,一邊聽看,一邊指著書上相應(yīng)的圖,力求做到“眼到,手到,口到,心到”。

(3)讓學(xué)生站起來,一邊看動(dòng)畫,一邊做動(dòng)作。隨后教師通過動(dòng)作示范,讓學(xué)生猜是哪個(gè)單詞 。

4、趣味練習(xí):

(l)選詞競賽 將學(xué)生分為兩大組,每組每次各派一個(gè)選手,教師說新詞中的一個(gè),選手快步到講臺(tái)上找到所說詞的圖片(注意活動(dòng)的安全性),并舉起圖片大聲讀出單詞,誰先完成即為勝利者,可為本組贏得一分。

(2)猜猜看 每次請一個(gè)同學(xué)在黑板上畫一種剛學(xué)到的玩具,他每畫一筆,就請班上的同學(xué)用英語猜他畫的是什么。如猜得正確,就請下一位同學(xué)再重新開始畫另一種物品。

(3)Let’s rhyme. 將所學(xué)的單詞替換上一單元的Let’s chant中的生活物品。教師將全班分為兩大組,教師舉圖片提示,如第一組說:I like a ball.第二組一起說:Me too. 拍手,舉第二幅圖時(shí)兩組交換。以此類推。

(4)教師將單詞的圖片先面朝上貼在黑板上。
