【篇一】高德訴滴滴不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng) 離職員工泄漏商業(yè)機(jī)密

Didi Chuxing has announced plans to appeal to a higher court after Beijing's Chaoyang district court rejected Didi's appeal that the court did not have jurisdiction to hear a case brought against Didi by AutoNavi.

Didi argued the case should have been heard in specialized IPR courts. However, the Chaoyang court rejected that appeal.

Seven Didi employees, who had recently moved to the company from AutoNavi, allegedly provided Didi with AutoNavi trade secrets.

AutoNavi provides mapping and other navigation-based services, which Didi also uses in its ride-hailing services.

Didi is also accused of engaging in unfair business competition through false or exaggerated publicity.

AutoNavi was acquired by Alibaba Group in 2014.

Chinese civil servants will face new restrictions when changing jobs as authorities move to prevent them from using official posts to make personal profits.

Those in leadership positions or at the county level and above will not be allowed to work in businesses or for-profit organizations related to their previous administration for three years after resignation, or undertake related profitable activities, an official document said.

Lower-level civil servants should also abide by the rules, but with a limit of just two years.

Departing officials should submit their future professional plans and will have to report job changes during the restricted period.

The measures were jointly announced by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and three government agencies.

Civil service jobs are considered a stable career in China and have a high retention rate. The country had 7.17m civil servants at the end of 2015.
