　　o項(xiàng)目A:卡體樹脂膠在低壓力壓合方案開發(fā)

　　項(xiàng)目定義:

　　·分析卡體樹脂膠不同時(shí)間和壓力壓合條件下的特性變化.

　　·提出降低卡體壓合的壓力的方案.

　　·方案必須滿足卡體厚度和平整度抗變形等相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;

　　·目的:通過壓力降低減少元器件損壞的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),同時(shí)保證卡體卡體特性符合要求.

　　o項(xiàng)目B:WITSCHI數(shù)據(jù)提系統(tǒng)Automizedataanalysis

　　項(xiàng)目定義:

　　·對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抓取圖像，(單片機(jī));

　　·正確的提取數(shù)據(jù)，并與真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較確認(rèn)數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性.
