(1)要清楚的介紹自己，并確認(rèn)接電話(huà)的對(duì)方是否是自己想要找的人。

情況一：接電話(huà)剛好是你要找的人。

A: Hi, I am Tom. May I speak to Peter?
你好，我是湯姆，請(qǐng)問(wèn)皮特在嗎？

B: This is Peter speaking.
我就是皮特。

B:That's me.
我就是。
情況二：接電話(huà)的人不是你要找的人。

A:May I speak to Mr. Li？
請(qǐng)問(wèn)李先生在嗎？

B: He's not here right now.
他現(xiàn)在不在這里。

B: What bad luck! He's not at home.
真不湊巧！他出去了。

B:He is in conference and cannot come to the telephone.
他在開(kāi)會(huì)，沒(méi)空來(lái)接電話(huà)。

B:You've just missed him.

B:He's just stepped out.

情況三: 接電話(huà)的人轉(zhuǎn)交電話(huà)給你要找的人。
