1. 介紹自己，可以說：

① This is ... (speaking).

③ ... is here. 千萬不能說 I'm ...

2. 詢問對方是誰，可以問：

① Who's that?

② Who's speaking (calling), please? 千萬不能問 Who are you?

3. 詢問對方是不是某人，應(yīng)問：

Is that ...? 或 Is that ... speaking (calling)? 絕對不能問 Are you ...?

4. 通話時(shí)，有重要的事情要處理，不得不中斷通話，要有禮貌地請對方稍等，可以說：
