中午到的上海，馬上趕到上外，大概11點半，監(jiān)考的老師說隨時可以開始，我吃完中飯大概12點多就開始了。

　　先填表，再拍照片。然后就進去了，發(fā)了6張紙，2跟鉛筆，一個耳塞，其他任何東西都不準(zhǔn)帶，我還給監(jiān)考的老師掏了口袋。

　　運氣不錯，issue碰到的兩個題都比較熟悉：topic1: government should focus more on immediate problems or anticipated problems in the future.

　　topic2: cooperation more productive, teamwork require cooperation, and motivate people than individual competition

　　我選的topic 1

　　argument講的是homeowners conserve energy, three old generating plants is enough, not necessary to build a new one.具體題號忘了

　　考試是全程監(jiān)控的，今天下午上外只有2個考生，我和另外一個人，那個人1點多才來，那是我都快寫完了，我大概2點多出來的。
