賣(mài)家支持專(zhuān)員是亞馬遜和其商業(yè)伙伴的主要接口,負(fù)責(zé)給歐洲四國(guó)(法德意西)海外亞馬遜平臺(tái)上銷(xiāo)售的商家提供專(zhuān)業(yè),高質(zhì)量,及時(shí)有效的業(yè)務(wù)支持。賣(mài)家客服專(zhuān)員將致力于解決長(zhǎng)期的系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題,推動(dòng)流程改進(jìn),開(kāi)發(fā)內(nèi)部文檔,為團(tuán)隊(duì)環(huán)境貢獻(xiàn)力量,同時(shí)完成電話和郵件問(wèn)題的服務(wù)級(jí)別。
工作職責(zé):
1.與業(yè)務(wù)伙伴進(jìn)行清晰,簡(jiǎn)潔,禮貌的溝通,包括書(shū)面溝通和口頭溝通。
2.在德語(yǔ)/法語(yǔ)/意大利語(yǔ)任意一種語(yǔ)言環(huán)境下,理解并正確使用多種軟件工具瀏覽瀏覽帳戶,排除故障,解決問(wèn)題。
3.相關(guān)知識(shí),正確使用部門(mén)資源,政策和流程。
4.優(yōu)秀的電話控制能力,確保有效溝通,專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù),和有效信息。
5.積極勤奮的完成工作進(jìn)度,確保能提供適時(shí)地支持。
6.積極尋求解決方案和定位問(wèn)題,適時(shí)升級(jí)問(wèn)題以尋求解決方案或建議,從而使問(wèn)題得到解決。
基本要求:
1.本科同等及以上學(xué)歷,德語(yǔ)/法語(yǔ)/意大利語(yǔ)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2.一至三年客戶服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或相關(guān)技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。可以接受輪休工作.
3.熟練使用Microsoft Outlook和MS Office Excel及其它Office應(yīng)用程序。
4.優(yōu)秀的邏輯思考能力和判斷并解決問(wèn)題能力。
5.認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),做事追求效率,講求團(tuán)隊(duì)貢獻(xiàn)。
6.在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,能夠按時(shí)完成內(nèi)部和外部的多重工作任務(wù)。
7.熟練的德語(yǔ)/法語(yǔ)/意大利語(yǔ)其中一種語(yǔ)言讀寫(xiě)能力,良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力。
工作時(shí)間:9:00am-6:00pm, 每2-3個(gè)月會(huì)輪到一周晚班時(shí)間為2:00pm-11:00pm (可在家辦公) ,周末或節(jié)假日可能會(huì)值班(安排調(diào)休)

Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and read English and Chinese skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
• Clear, crisp and proactive documentation of operational procedures required to tackle known risk related.
Problem Solving Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance, and analyze problems logically including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
• Self-disciplined, quick self-learning, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent.
Others:
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Flexible schedule, including willingness to work on one of the days on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day. Your shift will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday, and may work at night shift.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement.
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, payments & banking (especially China-specific) domain or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with operation process enhancement, data analysis and workflow optimization
• Experience with Buyer Protection Services, Merchant Trust Services is highly preferred.
