主要工作內(nèi)容：
1.應(yīng)用SAP系統(tǒng)建立采購(gòu)訂單，支持項(xiàng)目的付款流程和實(shí)時(shí)查詢項(xiàng)目Release情況2.審理區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商返款材料，完成項(xiàng)目支持返款3.對(duì)接TP，Controlling, Finance等部門完成項(xiàng)目合同4.支持CRM & Event team的日常工作，如在Concur系統(tǒng)完成出差報(bào)銷，與MINI sales & MINI product協(xié)調(diào)合作

要求：
1.每天至少一周4天，一周5天優(yōu)先考慮
2.盡快入職
3.熟練運(yùn)用Office辦公軟件，有較好的英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫和溝通能力，能適應(yīng)英語(yǔ)工作環(huán)境
4.有較好的溝通能力，抗壓能力，細(xì)心踏實(shí)

Major Responsibilities:
1. To use ERP (SAP) system, follow every projects approval and payment procedures.
2. To communicate with MINI's vendors and agencies and follow up cooperation events.
3. To cooperate with TP, Controlling, finance and other departments in BMW Group.
4. To support manager's daily business.

Requirement:
1. Five days a week and six months are preferred (at least four days a week).
2. Join our team soon and remain student identity while you are here.
3. Good command of English both in spoken and written (Our department head is a very nice British man).
4. Basic knowledge on marketing and good communication skill. Thoughtful, smart and tactful, open-minded, self- motivated and dedicated.
