　端午節(jié)于屈原的故事：愛國詩人屈原提出了一個能夠富國強民的好主意，但由于當時社會的****他的策略不但沒有被國王采納，反而被攻擊排擠最后逐出都城，流落漢北。屈原生性耿直，不愿委曲求全，看破紅塵，跳進了汨羅河以死捍衛(wèi)正義。當地的漁夫知道此事后非常痛心，劃著小船把竹筒里的米撒向汨羅河喂魚以保全屈原的尸首。后來，大家把竹筒盛米改為包粽子，把劃小船改為賽龍舟，逐漸形成一種儀式。以后每年的農歷五月初五為端午節(jié)，人們吃粽子，劃龍舟以紀念這位偉大的愛國詩人。我們全家人都非常敬佩屈原的人品和才智。因此，我們家每年都很重視端午節(jié)，一定要包粽子以此紀念屈原。
　　端午節(jié)的習俗是吃粽子，賽龍舟。粽子分兩種形狀：一種是牛頭粽，一種是尖尾粽。媽媽是我們家包粽子的能手。每年端午節(jié)的時候，我們全家都能吃到可口的粽子。媽媽常說：“用蘆葦的葉包的粽子最香�！彼�以，每年端午節(jié)媽媽都用蘆葦葉來包粽子。她在包粽子之前，先做好準備工作：把蘆葦葉子放在溫水里泡一泡，把準備好的糯米和棗，花生分別洗完后伴在一起。等蘆葦葉子涼了以后，她就開始包粽子了。她先取三片葉子，將這三片葉子卷成一個圓錐體，然后先放一粒棗，接著在里面放上糯米，花生，中間再夾幾片棗肉，包好后再將草繩捆綁好大功告成了。媽媽包的粽子又大又結實，像一個個包袱，又像一個個秤砣。媽媽把它們放在高壓鍋里蒸三十分鐘后，再泡在湯水里一個小時左右使其入味，然后就可以吃了!媽媽包的粽子香味撲鼻，讓我直流口水，有時一口氣竟能吃上好幾個然后腆著大肚子那憨態(tài)惹人笑。
　　過端午節(jié)除了吃粽子，還要賽龍舟喲!
　　我最喜歡看賽龍舟了，幾十個水手都握著船槳動作協調、齊心協力地奮力向前劃著。擂鼓的水手士氣高昂，用力地敲著鼓，“加油，加油!”場外的拉拉隊 ，發(fā)出雷鳴般的吶喊聲、助威聲此起彼落，使水手們更加鼓足了干勁，勇往直前……每年賽龍舟的場面都非常壯觀。
　　端午節(jié)吃粽子，賽龍舟不但是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)習俗，而且傳承著中國的傳統(tǒng)文化。
