跟隨著自己的第二批學(xué)生進(jìn)入到初二，忽然感覺思路打開了一樣，一系列的想法像是雨后春筍般地涌了出來，讓自己的每一天都那樣的充實(shí)而又快樂！
一個(gè)班級(jí)要想得到長(zhǎng)久的發(fā)展，必須要有班級(jí)同學(xué)值得自豪的東西！當(dāng)他們?cè)谟龅狡渌瑢W(xué)時(shí)，可以毫不猶豫的說出班級(jí)的特色與自己在班級(jí)中的幸福，抑或是自己在班級(jí)中揮灑才華的地方，我想，他們能夠值得炫耀的，或許就是班級(jí)文化吧！所以開學(xué)之處，我就在著力打造初二一班的班級(jí)特色。
首先，班級(jí)的形象應(yīng)該煥然一新。第一周的周末我便跟學(xué)生說出了自己的想法，學(xué)生自發(fā)的將一些花草盆景或者是養(yǎng)的小金魚拿到班級(jí)中，作為大家每天都能夠欣賞的景觀。美麗的班級(jí)會(huì)給學(xué)生帶來自豪感和責(zé)任心，借此機(jī)會(huì)我還教育他們?cè)鯓尤圩o(hù)、去珍惜。在每一天里，都會(huì)發(fā)生學(xué)生與班級(jí)景觀的故事，將這些故事總結(jié)起來，將給大家聽，班級(jí)的凝聚力會(huì)驟然增強(qiáng)！學(xué)生也能夠身心愉悅的投入到學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中。
其次，針對(duì)班級(jí)部分學(xué)生文學(xué)素養(yǎng)高的特點(diǎn)，建立一個(gè)文學(xué)氛圍濃厚的班級(jí)。同樣也是第一周的時(shí)間，我吩咐學(xué)生將班級(jí)的墻報(bào)進(jìn)行“大變臉”。欄目之一－－《翰林院》，每周學(xué)生自發(fā)寫一些文章，由同學(xué)推選張貼到這個(gè)板塊當(dāng)中。其實(shí)，一開始我預(yù)料到這可能有一定的難度，可令我意想不到的是學(xué)生的作品不僅豐富而且有內(nèi)容。如連載小說、抒情散文、科幻小說等等。當(dāng)學(xué)生的作品張貼出來之時(shí)，他們有一種發(fā)自內(nèi)心的自豪感！欄目之二－－《在路上－－贏在。二一》，我根據(jù)中央二的欄目《贏在中國》設(shè)計(jì)出來的，主要用來記錄班級(jí)以及每個(gè)學(xué)生所取得成績(jī)，或者是參加的活動(dòng)。將每一次活動(dòng)的體驗(yàn)與收獲掛在欄目當(dāng)中，來激勵(lì)班級(jí)的所有同學(xué)參與的積極性。因?yàn)槲覐墓ぷ鲀赡甑捏w驗(yàn)中深深感受到?jīng)]有斗志便沒有進(jìn)步。我想同學(xué)們也會(huì)踏著堅(jiān)定的步伐不斷進(jìn)步，班級(jí)蘊(yùn)含的能量也會(huì)逐步被激發(fā)出來。
