　　(正)Tom is the youngest in our school.(形容詞的級(jí)前面要加the。)

　　(誤)He is the strongest in all.

　　(正)He is the strongest of all.(在同類中最…的，用介詞of。)

　　4.中文：我的房子跟約翰的一樣大。

　　(誤)My house is so large as John's.

　　(正)My house is as large as John's.(肯定形式用as+原級(jí)形容詞+as+主格。)

　　5.中文：湯姆比我年輕。

　　(誤)Tom is less older than I am.

　　(正)Tom is less old than I am.(less+原級(jí)形容詞+than。)

　　6.中文：他是班上個(gè)子的。

　　(誤)He is taller than any boy in his class.

　　(正)He is taller than any other boy in his class.(使用比較級(jí)時(shí)，應(yīng)避免與自己比，any boy包括他自己。)

　　(正)Things go from bad to worse.(from bad to worse = 每況愈下，越來(lái)越糟。)
