如第三人稱單數(shù)漏掉s，或主語為復數(shù)，謂語動詞卻用了單數(shù);以及就近原則對主語的影響等等。

　　例如：采集者退散

　　The president of the company,　together with the workers, are planning to solve these problems.

　　句中主語的主詞為單數(shù)名詞“president”，介詞短語“together with the workers”與主語無關，是插入成分，故謂語動詞應用單數(shù)is。

　　冠詞錯誤。

　�、俣ü谠~the的多余或缺失，如季節(jié)，月份，星期，球類及三餐活動，稱呼頭銜前等不能加the的地方加了the，或是same等常和the一起使用的詞卻漏稅掉了the。

　�、赼, an的混用：判斷一個詞的前面加a還是an不是看其首字母是不是元音字母，而是看首字母的發(fā)音是不是元音，如an hour, an honest boy ,其首字母不是元音字母，但其發(fā)音卻是以元音素開始，故用an。而a useful book, a university, a European, a one-hour trip，雖然以元音字母開始，但卻讀作輔音音素的音，故用a。

　　例如：

　�、� He often palys the football.

　　plays football是固定搭配，應將其改為palys football。

　�、� …but most researchers see their success to date as reason for hope.

　　Reason前加the。Reason一詞有“for hope"修飾，是特指，應該用定冠詞"the"來修飾。

　　另外，要牢記可數(shù)名詞單數(shù)形式前要加定冠同或不定冠詞;以及—些不能省略冠詞的固定搭配，如：tell truth--tell the truth，all of sudden--all of a sudden.
