復(fù) 旦大學(xué)日前正式成立了大數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)院及大數(shù)據(jù)研究院。大數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)院旨在推動(dòng)大數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)科的科學(xué)研究和人才培養(yǎng)，大數(shù)據(jù)研究院則主要服務(wù)于大數(shù)據(jù)與其他相關(guān)學(xué)科的交 叉研究與科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化。此外，復(fù)旦大學(xué)還將大力建設(shè)大數(shù)據(jù)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)，為社會(huì)各界提供數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲(chǔ)、分析、計(jì)算等服務(wù)，有力推動(dòng)與大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)的交叉學(xué)科研究 和產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)用。大數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)院和研究院由同一支領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理，以形成人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、跨學(xué)科合作和產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的有效整合。

Fudan University has established the School of Data Science and its sister institute, Institute for Big Data.The School aims at promoting academic research and education on data science, and the Institute focuses on research and applications of Big Data to disciplinary sciences and the society at large.In addition, it will establish an advanced system for Big Data collection, storage, retrieval, and computing.These integrated activities are managed by the same administrative team in order to forge the vertical integration of the education, research, interdisciplinary collaborations, and product developments.
