端午節(jié)的習(xí)俗有很多，不同地域有不同的習(xí)俗，但都是大同小異的，裹粽子是每個地方都必不可少的習(xí)俗，在我的記憶中，每年快到端午的這幾天，家家戶戶都是會包粽子的。每至這個時候母親都會把粽葉用熱水浸泡幾個小時，再把每一片葉都沖洗干凈，然后再開始裹粽子。母親把一片片粽葉都卷成一個小小的圓錐漏斗形，爾后用小勺子把糯米填進(jìn)圓錐漏斗形中，用筷子插實(shí)，之后用嘴中咬著的一根細(xì)麻絲捆扎，再簡單的纏繞幾下，一個棱角分明的粽子就包裹而成了。再小火慢慢的煮個幾個小時，一個個天帶著濃郁的粽葉清香，里面的糯米嫩滑、清香四溢。那個爽口、那個香甜，真是難忘。
