端午節(jié)的習(xí)俗有很多,不同地域有不同的習(xí)俗,但都是大同小異的,裹粽子是每個地方都必不可少的習(xí)俗,在我的記憶中,每年快到端午的這幾天,家家戶戶都是會包粽子的。每至這個時候母親都會把粽葉用熱水浸泡幾個小時,再把每一片葉都沖洗干凈,然后再開始裹粽子。母親把一片片粽葉都卷成一個小小的圓錐漏斗形,爾后用小勺子把糯米填進(jìn)圓錐漏斗形中,用筷子插實(shí),之后用嘴中咬著的一根細(xì)麻絲捆扎,再簡單的纏繞幾下,一個棱角分明的粽子就包裹而成了。再小火慢慢的煮個幾個小時,一個個天帶著濃郁的粽葉清香,里面的糯米嫩滑、清香四溢。那個爽口、那個香甜,真是難忘。
