1. Planning, preparing and delivering A-level lessons to a range of classes operated by Kaplan Qingdao centre負(fù)責(zé)為青島中心相關(guān)班級(jí)準(zhǔn)備學(xué)科教學(xué)方案和授課。2. Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of students’ progress and development;針對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展進(jìn)行及時(shí)的溝通反饋并做好相關(guān)的記錄；3. Helping students in all areas of the curriculum;就所有學(xué)科內(nèi)的知識(shí)/內(nèi)容對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)和支持；4. Researching new topic areas and maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge;參與/進(jìn)行教學(xué)科研并不斷更新學(xué)科專業(yè)知識(shí)；5. Selecting and using a range of different learning resources and equipment;能夠選擇、使用各種教學(xué)資源和設(shè)備已輔助教學(xué)任務(wù)，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量；
6. Undertaking pastoral duties, such as taking on the role of tutor, and supporting students on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties;負(fù)責(zé)/協(xié)助與學(xué)生/教學(xué)相關(guān)的其他工作：擔(dān)當(dāng)部分班主任的職能、或?qū)W生在學(xué)習(xí)或生活上遇到困難時(shí)給予及時(shí)的幫助；7. Preparing students for A-level examinations, and administering and invigilating on some of these examinations;參與/負(fù)責(zé)A Level/（即其他）項(xiàng)目的考試任務(wù)并承擔(dān)考試的監(jiān)考等相關(guān)工作；8. Managing students’ behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior;引導(dǎo)管理學(xué)生在校內(nèi)或課堂的行為，能有采取有效的方式以避免不當(dāng)行為的發(fā)生；9. Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities;參與或組織學(xué)生課外活動(dòng)；10. Participating in departmental meetings, parents' meetings and whole school training events, and contacting parents for updating students’ academic performance;參加部門內(nèi)部會(huì)議、家長會(huì)及學(xué)校的培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)；向家長就學(xué)生的新學(xué)生情況進(jìn)行持續(xù)反饋；11. Liaising with other professionals, such as student services, marketing, sales, and human resource and admin officers;與學(xué)校其他部門進(jìn)行溝通和配合；12. Undergoing regular observations and participating in regular in-service training (INSET) as part of continuing professional development (CPD).參與學(xué)校/項(xiàng)目安排的在崗培訓(xùn)及員工發(fā)展計(jì)劃；13.Other duties assinged by direct supervisor.接受上級(jí)安排的其他工作；
Job Requirements:崗位要求
1. Postgraduate degree on required subject or relevant qualification, postgraduate degree are preferred.正規(guī)院校數(shù)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先；2. 2+years teaching experience;Teachers with A-level teaching experience or have overseas education or teaching experience will be preferred; 兩年以上教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn);有A level項(xiàng)目教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或具有海外教育背景的將優(yōu)先考慮；3. Strong English background,can cunduct English teaching in Class.; 優(yōu)秀的言語（英語）能力，能夠進(jìn)行全英文授課；4. Excellent communication skills and team interaction skills; 良好的溝通和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作；5. Diligent and patient, with attention to detail and the ability to handling multiple assignments effectively;工作認(rèn)真、有耐心，關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)并能夠同時(shí)有效處理多個(gè)工作任務(wù)；6. Strong student management skill and experience are preferred. 有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)生管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
