Cargo Services Officer 貨務(wù)員 (Work Location: Zhengzhou Airport)

Job Description

Perform Load sheet for freighter;
Monitor Warehouse buildup & Ramp handling;
Monitor the loading & unloading of the freighter;
Prepare daily report for inbound & outbound freighter;
Coordination with GHA to ensuring smooth ground handling;
Support GHA on updating cargo system;
Ensure On Time Performance for the freighter;
Perform physical check for the special cargo e.g. DG, AVI whenever required;
Handle Cargo Services i.e. Answer enquiries from internal & external (via telephone, telex & email); Cargo Claims; Follow up track & trace cases with GHA;
Monitor the ULD inventory? & to arrange replenish in advance;
Prepare post flight report on daily basis.
General Requirement

College graduate or above
Cargo services experience preferable
Proficient in English and Mandarin in both spoken and written
Proficient in office software
PRC national or valid work permit in PRC
