Customer Services Officer 客務(wù)員 (Work Location: Beijing Airport)
Job Description:
Responsible for passenger handling at check-in counter, boarding gate, on transit or arrival;
Responsible for monitoring service parties for un/loading of cargo, baggage and dis/embarkation of passengers;
Responsible for preparing information for flight operation, communication with the aircraft, answering enquiries on schedules & operation status and the handling of flight documentation;
Responsible for airport lounge service.
Qualifications:
University graduate in any discipline;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
Good customer services & interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Willing to work on shifts;
Airline experience is an advantage;
PRC local nationals with legal working status in Beijing and/or holding Beijing Hukou and/or working permit.
