　　Starting Salary : Monthly salary of Yen 208,400 plus bonus (around 4 months) plus overtime
　　Working Hours: 9:15-17:30 Monday to Friday (One hour lunch break)
　　Pay Leave : 20 Days Annual Leave plus an additional 5 Days Summer Leave
