微軟亞洲研究院的公關(guān)組負(fù)責(zé)亞洲實(shí)驗(yàn)室的公共傳播事務(wù)，包括制定傳播策略、維護(hù)公共關(guān)系和推動(dòng)品牌營(yíng)銷(xiāo)。公關(guān)組與微軟亞洲研究院的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)、研究員等緊密合作，將創(chuàng)新的思維和最前沿的研究進(jìn)展傳遞給全世界的聽(tīng)眾。通過(guò)在傳統(tǒng)、電子和社交媒體分享微軟亞洲研究院的資訊，公關(guān)組致力于加強(qiáng)公眾對(duì)研究院以及對(duì)微軟的理解與認(rèn)同。 

 

工作職責(zé) 

微軟亞洲研究院公關(guān)組正在招募一位全職實(shí)習(xí)生，職責(zé)包括： 

o為官方網(wǎng)站、微博、博客或公關(guān)活動(dòng)撰寫(xiě)內(nèi)容；

o支持組內(nèi)日常的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)和公關(guān)事務(wù)；

 

 

任職要求 

o優(yōu)先考慮新聞、傳播或語(yǔ)言類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生；

o具有較強(qiáng)的溝通技能，尤其是編輯和寫(xiě)作的技能；

o熟悉微博、微信等社交媒體；

o具有良好的公關(guān)意識(shí)；

o能夠自我激勵(lì)，且高度關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)；

o良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和寫(xiě)作能力；

o能夠全職實(shí)習(xí)至少3個(gè)月。實(shí)習(xí)能夠得到導(dǎo)師的同意。

Group Overview 

Microsoft Research Asia's Public Relations Group is responsible for the Asia lab's communications, including driving communications strategy, public relations, and brand marketing. The PR team works closely with the organization's senior executives, researchers and other stakeholders to communicate innovation thought leadership and state-of-the-art research breakthroughs to audiences all over the world. By telling stories about Microsoft Research Asia through traditional, digital, and social media, the PR team enhances the public's understanding and appreciation of the lab and of Microsoft.

 

Roles & Responsibilities  

The Public Relations Group of Microsoft Research Asia is recruiting a full-time intern, who will be responsible for: 

oContent creation for websites, weibo, blog and PR events;

oSupport daily marketing and PR efforts of the team;

 

 

Required Qualifications 

oA student majored in journalism, communication or language is desired;

oStrong communication skill, esp. the editing and writing skills;

oFamiliarity with weibo, wechat and other social media channels;

oGood sense of Public Relations work;

oSelf-motivated and high attention to details;

oGood oral and written English skills;

oAvailability as a full time intern of at least 3 months;

oA supervisor's approval will be required
