加速發(fā)展培訓項目(Accelerated Development Program)

加速發(fā)展培訓項目是一個為期兩年的輪崗項目，旨在塑造英格索蘭未來的。在項目期間，ADP管理培訓生將至少在兩個業(yè)務(wù)部門進行輪崗，通過不同的輪崗任務(wù)，培訓生的核心能力得到發(fā)展，多樣化的工作經(jīng)驗得以積累，并且通過包括團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、項目管理、ADP入職培訓和學習研討會等活動，ADP培訓生的工作技能將不斷提升。終，ADP培訓生將與他們的導(dǎo)師一起參與制定一份既符合個人職業(yè)意愿，又符合公司發(fā)展方向的職業(yè)發(fā)展計劃，為其在英格索蘭的成功職業(yè)生涯做準備。

職位要求：

(1) 2014年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，碩士學歷;

(2) 專業(yè)要求：制冷與低溫，暖通;

(3) 英語達到CET六級及以上，熟練使用計算機及各類辦公軟件;

(4) 具有良好的人際溝通能力，團隊合作和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛力。
