崗位職責：

1、負責分校的業(yè)務及運營管理；
1. Responsible for business and operation management of the branch;
2、制定和實施分校年度及階段性運營計劃及費用預算；
2. To develop and implement annual and stage of operation plan and budget expenses;
3、建立和完善區(qū)域市場營銷體系和營銷團隊；
3. Establish and perfect the regional marketing system and marketing team;
4、與總部市場部協作，制定并實施區(qū)域市場調研和市場推廣計劃，組織實施，提高市場占有率4. Cooperate with headquarter marketing Department, to develop and implement the regional market research and market promotion plan, implement and improve market share;；
5、帶領營銷及服務團隊，監(jiān)督、指導和激勵下屬工作，保證業(yè)績目標的達成；
5. Lead the marketing and service team, supervision and guidance and encourage staff to work, ensure performance target;
6、維護教學團隊穩(wěn)定，提升教研水平；
6. Maintaining teaching team stability, promote the research level;
7、負責解決分校重大客訴，完善售后服務體系；
7. Responsible for solving complaints from branch school of major client and perfect the after-sale service system;
8、與總部各職能部門保持順暢溝通，全面負責校區(qū)建設和日常事務管理。
8. Keeping smooth communicate with each department of headquarter; Be responsible for construction and daily administration of branch school.
任職要求：
Job Requirements:
1、28-40歲，本科及以上學歷，市場營銷、教育或管理類相關專業(yè)；
1. 28-40 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, education or management or related major;
2、三年以上教育培訓行業(yè)市場、銷售或教務教學管理經驗，具備英語口語基礎；
2. Three years or above education and training industry market, sales or educational teaching management experience; Be provided with basic spoken English;
3、良好的計劃和執(zhí)行能力，善于溝通協調，分析決策，妥善處理應急事件；
3. Good planning and execution ability, good at communication and coordination, analysis and decision, properly deal with emergency events;
4、優(yōu)秀的書面及口頭表達能力，熟練使用常用辦公軟件。
4. Good written and oral communication ability, proficiency with office software.
