蘋果領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培訓(xùn)生2014校園招聘現(xiàn)已啟動!
在這項(xiàng)為期兩年的獨(dú)特項(xiàng)目中：
√你將在第一年輪流擔(dān)任我們零售店中的不同職位;
√第二年，你將在高層經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下，重點(diǎn)擔(dān)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層職位。你需要通過擔(dān)任不同的職位來全面學(xué)習(xí)、不斷思考你在不同崗位的體驗(yàn)、將你的領(lǐng)悟應(yīng)用到工作中，并與你的整個團(tuán)隊(duì)共同分享。通過提供觀察反饋，為你所在的零售店甚至全世界的零售店帶來積極的變化;
√當(dāng)你展示出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛力，成功完成此項(xiàng)目后，將有機(jī)會申請我們主要市場中一家零售店的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層職位

11月到12月，我們會在全國8座城市的9所高校舉辦Apple Store校園招聘活動。歡迎屆時光臨，與我們面對面交流。參加招聘會的同學(xué)請攜帶三份中英文簡歷到場，我們會有15-20名面試官與你進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場面試交流!

招聘會流程：1小時宣講+1小時面試交流
