W. L. Gore & Associates (Shenzhen) is looking for high performing new graduates with Bachelor or higher degrees in Science, Engineering or Chemistry.
Individuals should be self-starting and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and good team spirit.

Qualifications/Skills required
· Outstanding graduates with Bachelor or above degrees in Science or Material, Chemical, Mechanical, Paper or Industrial Engineering as examples.
· Solid grounding in engineering/science fundamentals and the ability to apply this knowledge to manufacturing processes and product design.
· Ability to prioritize and take appropriate action.
· Hands-on problem solving skills.
· Proven written and oral communication skills in English.
· Ability to network and interface effectively with a broad range of functional teams.
· Openness and willingness to take on challenges.
· Strong team player with an easy going character.
· Eager to learn something new and ability to learn quickly.
