工作職責：
Job Responsibilities
協(xié)助顧問完成獵頭項目操作,在顧問的指導下，進行中高端職位的人才尋訪和評價推薦：
Assist consultants in operating the headhunting project, and search and recommend talents under the guidance of consultants:
1、實施顧問制定的尋訪計劃，通過專業(yè)渠道快速尋訪候選人；
Implement search plans worked out by consultants，and search prospective candidates through specific channels；
2、進行初步評估，將合適的候選人推薦給顧問；
Preliminarily evaluate the candidates and recommend appropriate ones to consultants；
3、了解候選人的發(fā)展需求，提供專業(yè)的職業(yè)規(guī)劃指導。
Understand the career development needs of candidates, and provide them professional career plan guidance.
職位要求：
Job Requirements
1、 統(tǒng)招全日制本科應屆畢業(yè)生；
Fresh graduates;
2、 CET4及以上，良好的英文讀寫能力；
CET4 and above, good English reading and writing ability；
3、 較強的溝通表達能力，勤奮踏實，突出的堅韌性、抗壓性和責任心；
Good communicative skills；diligent，perseverant and responsible； can work under pressure；
4、 有意向在獵頭領域長期發(fā)展者優(yōu)先；
With the intention of long-term development in the hunting field is preferred.

職位二：獵頭BD
工作職責：
1、負責獵頭業(yè)務客戶開發(fā)，了解客戶潛在人才需求，達成委托招聘協(xié)議，并維護良好的客戶關系
2、根據公司業(yè)務定位，收集市場信息并開展?jié)撛诳蛻糸_發(fā)活動； 根據客戶的招聘需求，進行項目評估與可行性分析,與客戶和獵頭顧問一起制定招聘策略并提供招聘方案以及甄選流程；
3、充分了解企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和人力資源規(guī)劃等，就招聘崗位的職位說明書與企業(yè)認真溝通；運用自身對行業(yè)的深入了解，為客戶的招聘需求提供指導性意見建議；
4、負責完成目標客戶的聯系和洽談（對象主要是500強企業(yè)HR）；
5、負責完成整個獵頭項目流程，包括項目價值評估，客戶溝通，搜尋人才。

職位三：助理獵頭顧問/獵頭顧問Assistant Consultant /Consultant
工作職責：
Job Duties:
1、全面負責獵頭項目的具體推進和執(zhí)行；
Be responsible for the development and implement of the headhunting project;
2、開發(fā)及拓展客戶，正確理解客戶需求；
Develop the new clients, and understand the needs of clients accurately;
3、進行職位分析，制定詳細的尋訪方案和選擇尋訪渠道；
Analyze the job descriptions, work out practical search schemes and choose practical search channels;
4、通過面試篩選優(yōu)秀的候選人，向客戶提供推薦意見；
Interview and identify appropriate candidates, and recommend the candidates to clients;
5、協(xié)調候選人與客戶公司之間的面試安排，并跟進反饋；
Coordinate the interview arrangements , and follow up the whole process effectively;
6、與候選人進行Offer談判。
Negotiate with candidates about Offers.
