  【上海人力資源實習(xí)生】(公司實習(xí)3天/周,實習(xí)期3個月)

  Human Resources Intern, Shanghai, Office-based, requests 3days/ week on baord

  (Internship period: 3 months)

  Euromonitor is seeking a Human Resources Intern to perform a variety of administrative tasks in areas such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, as well as ad-hoc administration works. The incumbent will be ***working at office***with our in-house recruiter to perform daily HR tasks in professional manner.

  【In this role, he/she will provide support in the following areas: 】

  • Support daily operations of the human resources functions and duties

  • Assist in different aspects of recruitment activities, covering JD posting, CV screening, scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews

  • Collate interview feedback and type up interview evaluation sheets, keeping candidates/in-house recruiter updated on status

  • Maintain keen record of all confidential employee information, be responsible for all HR data entry and document filing

  • Support execution of internal training courses

  • Take part in other areas of HR or operational activities as needed

  ** Please note that for ad-hoc projects, tasks may vary and may not consist of the whole list of tasks mentioned above.

  【For this role, the potential candidate will have】:

  • Master or Bachelor students (graduation in 2014) who can commit 3 days every week (weekend EXCLUDED) in this internship

  • Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business Administration major highly preferred, familiar with the 6 modules in the HR fields

  • Internship/work experience in the Consulting/ Headhunting or Market Research industry will be an advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, professional and mellow

  • Good spoken & written Chinese & English, CET 6 or above

  • Attention to details while able to multi-task at the same time

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast- paced work environment
