采購助理(Sourcing Assistant)職位描述:
主要職責(zé):
1)促進(jìn)客戶與供應(yīng)商之間的溝通交流
2)協(xié)助或與團(tuán)隊(duì)一起為客戶提供信息搜集服務(wù)
3)識(shí)別、組織、分類潛在的供應(yīng)商
4)向工廠詢價(jià)并報(bào)價(jià)給客戶
5)為客戶進(jìn)行匯編、審閱、指導(dǎo)成本分析
6)下訂單、跟進(jìn)與管理客戶訂單
7)協(xié)助質(zhì)量控制團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制與檢測(cè)
8)實(shí)施與協(xié)助快遞和海運(yùn)
9)其他采購相關(guān)的職責(zé)
任職要求:
1)教育背景:本科及以上,貿(mào)易、國際貿(mào)易或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2)了解國際貿(mào)易與制造業(yè)的基本知識(shí)
3)良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、組織、寫作與解決問題的能力
4)良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作者、負(fù)責(zé)、開朗、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、自我驅(qū)動(dòng)
5)優(yōu)秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力
6)優(yōu)秀的人際技巧
7)有工程或技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更好
Main Responsibilities:
1)Facilitate communications between customer and vendors.
2)Working with and assisting a team to manage sourcing projects for customers.
3)Identify, organize, and categorize potential vendors.
4)Retrieve quotations from factories and quote to customers.
5)Compile, review, and conduct cost analysis for customers.
6)Place, follow up with, and manage customer orders.
7)Work with Quality Control Team to support in quality control and inspections.
8)Manager and support with logistics and shipping.
9)Other sourcing related responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
1)Education: Bachelor or above. Preferred major in trade, international business, or related field.
2)Basic knowledge about international trade and manufacturing.
3)Good ability in communications, coordination, organization, and composition and problem solving skills.
4)Good team player, responsible, open-minded, results oriented and self-motivated.
5)Excellent command of English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6)Excellent people skills.
7)Technical/Engineering experience a plus.
