Quality Engineer 質(zhì)量工程師職位描述：
Position: Quality Engineer Department: SCM China
Report to: Manager SCM China Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities
- The Quality Engineer is primary contact interface between customer and suppliers (also other SCM units) to provide quality report & solutions, such as 8D report for quality complaint in time.
- Coordinate in house goods inspection, including generate working instructions and inspection data analysis.
- Assist marketing salesman on customer visit to solve customer complaint.
- Review quality agreement with customers and suppliers, and process supplier audit based on TSS Quality Standard.
- Support global quality team to handle 3rd party quality complains and process audit.
- Lead continuous improvement project in SCM China.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor degree in material or engineering preferred;
- Minimum 1 year working experience on quality or engineering position in international manufacturing environment; Fresh graduate is also accepted.
- Knowledge of Quality Standards such as ISO9000 is necessary, familiarity with TS or AS will be a plus;
- Good communication skill in oral and written English;
- Good PC skills, strong at Excel and PowerPoint.
- Diligent team player working in a matrix organization.
