Function Description:
Schaeffler Automotive division is an permanent partner of the automotive OEMs and Tire 1 supplies worldwide and provides and precise products and technical solutions for Engines systems, Transmissions &Clutch systems ,Chassis systems and E-car.
Target Position Job Responsibilities:
Project Engineer
Coordinate detailed phases of engineering projects, support to prepare relevant project documents, improve project planning/process, coordinate between cross departments, and support to finish other tasks assigned by department.
Design Engineer
Undertake product designing tasks according to application engineers requirements, work with testing equipment engineer to provide design service for test rig built-up, prepare CAD models for CAE usage, and support to finish other tasks ssigned by department.
Testing Engineer
Prepare and perform engineering tests, produce test result evaluation & reporting, arrangement of tests according to project schedule, responsible for maintaining proper conditions of test equipment, further development of test methods, and support to finish other tasks assigned by department.
Prototype Engineer
Coordinate tooling order and single parts order from inter-company and suppliers, place requirements to suppliers, and support suppliers both technical and quality, write prototype reports, communicate with designer and Project manager, and support to finish other tasks assigned by department.
Application Engineer
Provide technical solutions to customers, including bearing calculation, selection, customer approval and complaint investigation, promote new products technology with global segment specialists and production units, organize and engage in localization project, and support to finish other tasks assigned by department.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in automotive engineering
- Good knowledge in engineering, R&D project experience preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
