職位要求如下：

1. Intern－Professional Education

Responsibility:

- Assist Prof Ed with Hospital Non-clinical Stakeholder Program

- Dedicate contact person for HMP programs, telephone enquire, mailing program related materials

- Draft program related documents, such as announcement, summary report

- Coordinate with franchise with logistic items, arrange internal & external communication meeting

- Build up Alumni data base and mailing new program information and magazines

Requirement:

- Can work 4-5days per week

- Good at paperwork

2. Intern – IT Department (這個(gè)職位要女生）

Responsibility:
- Employee leaving process handling

- Bills making

- Documents filing

- Others

Requirement:

- Can work for at least 3 days a week and work for more than 6 months

- English: CET4 or above

- Detail oriented and self motivated

- Good command of Excel

3. Intern－HCC Department (合規(guī)部)

Responsibility:

- Provide daily admin support to compliance team

- Assist in preparing training materials, payment transaction for random check, filing room management.

Requirement:

- undergraduate
- can work no less than 3 days a week
- careful, responsible, proactive

4. Intern－Depuy Sales Training Team

Responsibility:

- Data collection and analysis

- Training support for CNS & CNV

- Office work support

Requirement:

- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Good English skill

- Available at least 3 days per week

- Good communication skills

- Energetic and motivated
