Position: Human Resource Intern

Duration: minimum 6 months, from March/2012

Location: Schlumberger Beijing GeoScience Center, Tsinghua Science Park

Responsibility:

Provide administrative and coordinating support for campus recruiting;
Assist with training related issues;
Process monthly payment for vendors;
Other personnel duties assigned by manager.

Requirements:

Can work 4-5 days per week with School or Supervisors permission, fulltime preferred;
Major in Human Resource Management and related, 1st or 2nd year graduate students preferred;
Fluent spoken and written English, the working language is English;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Highly responsible and committed to the job, attention to details, process oriented;
Strongly self motivated and high initiative;
Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint
