訂單操作-實(shí)習(xí)生職位描述：
1. Handle the RFQ from customers, prepare quotation and contract and prepare the cost calculation.
2. Apply for the new customer master
3. Create Sales order in SAP
4. Place purchase order to the vendor and track the delivery status.
5. Follow up contract process and arrange the delivery the parts to the customers.
5. Track receivables and coordinate with customers to push for the payment.
6. Apply for invoice according to contract and send invoice to customer.
7. Support on SOX documentation.
8. Regular report the on time delivery status.
9. Build and maintain the relationship with customer

1。處理客戶的詢價(jià)，報(bào)價(jià)和合同準(zhǔn)備成本計(jì)算。

2。申請(qǐng)新客戶

3。創(chuàng)建銷售訂單系統(tǒng)

4。地方采購(gòu)訂單給供應(yīng)商并跟蹤交貨狀態(tài)。

5。跟進(jìn)合同并安排發(fā)貨的部分客戶。

5。跟蹤應(yīng)收及與客戶協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)支付。

6。申請(qǐng)發(fā)票按合同和發(fā)票發(fā)送客戶。

7。支持對(duì)紅襪的文件。

8。定期報(bào)告的按時(shí)交貨狀態(tài)。

9。建立和維持與客戶的關(guān)系
