T 《Technology Review》譽(yù)為“世界上最火的計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”。 自1998年成立以來，啟
動(dòng)了面向亞太區(qū)高校博士生、碩士生和優(yōu)秀本科生的“明日之星”實(shí)習(xí)生項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目由
微軟亞洲研究院和國內(nèi)外高校共同執(zhí)行，旨在培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)研究人才。實(shí)習(xí)生
進(jìn)入微軟亞洲研究院后深入到每個(gè)研究小組進(jìn)行為期三個(gè)月或更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的實(shí)習(xí)。截止至20
11年9月，已有4000名來自亞太區(qū)高校的學(xué)生到微軟亞洲研究院實(shí)習(xí)，平均每年有400個(gè)實(shí)
習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)開放給所有的學(xué)生。

Group: Hardware Computing Group

Work Location: Beijing

Group Overview

Hardware Computing Group is led by Dr. Feng-Hsiung Hsu (CB). Our research focu
ses:

-Push forward the state of the art in hardware computing to innovate in softwa
re services and to realize novel devices.

-Research fundamental computer architecture, identifies hardware opportunities
in specific services, and builds integrated hardware/software solutions.

-Extrapolate hardware trends, study new interaction models, and construct work
ing prototypes. The end goal is to deliver rich and responsive user experience
s at work, at home, and on the move.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for proactive fresh young minds to working with us and building
the next generation of specialized acceleration platform; the successful inte
rnship candidate will be working with group of talented researchers and engine
ers to develop, implement and validate the reconfigurable logic blocks at 40%
of his/her time and for the rest 60% will participate in system-level design o
n realistic hardware platforms. Desired candidate should have good analytical
skills with can-do attitude. If you are a good self-starter and searching for

Required Qualifications:

Experience at FPGA hardware design, proficient at logic design with Verilog/VH
DL
Experience at programming in C/C
Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences background
Excellent communication skill and able to working at a strong teamwork environ
ment
Requires your advisors approval and can commit at least 6 months as fulltime
internship
