Administration Officer-Order Handling-Intern/訂單處理-實(shí)習(xí)生職位描述:
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1. Handle the RFQ from customers.
2. Apply for the new customer master
3. Create Sales order in SAP
4. Follow up contract process and arrange the delivery the parts to the customers.
5. Apply for invoice according to contract and send invoice to customer.
6. Support on SOX documentation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor degree with major in business administration or international trading.
2. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and patient personality;
