position: Network Manager Assistant Intern
Dept: Network
Key Responsibilities:
*Assistant to the Network manager;
*Help other team members to deal with the data documents and analysis system;
*Other things demanded by the manager.
Qualifications Required:
*First- or Second-year Postgraduate Student ;
*Be able to work 4 days/week at least;
*Well organization and serious-minded.
position: Sales Analyst Intern
Dept: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
*Assistant to the sales manager;
*Help to file the orders and account the rebate rate of all the dealers;
*Other things demanded by the manager.
Qualifications Required:
*First- or Second-year Postgraduate Student ;
*Be able to work 3 days/week at least;
*Well organization and serious-minded.
position: HR& admin Intern
Dept: HR
Key Responsibilities:
Assist recruitment process, help to collect and screen resumes, confirm interview schedule with both candidates and interviewers, make sure interview process is smoothly completed, etc.
HR administration: assist HR documentation and paper work management; help to handle daily HR routine jobs.
Cordinate with Accounting team to complete HR related payment requestes, reimbursements and other Financial factors.
Office Administration: help with office administration jobs, such as office rental and utility payment, communicate with office supply vendors to maintain a good office environment.
Other appointed taskes in HR department.
Qualifications:
3rd year Undergraduate students or 1st or 2nd year Postgraduate students
Able to work 3 days per week
Good interpersonal ability
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
Able to keep things confidential
position: Warranty assistant Intern
Dept: Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist CS department generally for the documentation arrangment,
*Claim reimbursement annoucement delivery and invoice collection job.
*Other things demanded by team.
Qualifications:
3rd year Undergraduate students or 1st or 2nd year Postgraduate students
Able to work 3 days per week
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
Well organization and serious-minded.
