基數(shù)詞和它的修飾語
一、注意基數(shù)詞與其他詞連用時(shí)的位置關(guān)系：
The first two years have been very successful.
開頭兩年非常成功。
Look at the three young men.
看那三個(gè)年輕人。
These are for my two daughters.
這些是給我那兩個(gè)女兒的。
Any two people will do.
任何兩個(gè)人都可以。
二、修飾語表示大致的量：
about 大約 approximately 大約 around 大約
or so 左右 roughly 約略 some 大約
There were roughly 500 people.
大約有500人。
The time is approximately ten o'clock.
這會(huì)兒約莫十點(diǎn)鐘。
It'll only cost 15 dollars or so.
只要十五美元左右。
三、修飾語表示小量：
a minimum of 至少 at least 至少 more than 多于
or more 或更多 over 多于 plus 多于
You must get a minimum of 40 questions right to pass the examination.
