Service Desk Intern

Responsibility:
Provide service to customer via phone in the manner of polite and professional way
Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support process
Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level
Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed
Record and update ticket information in time

Requirements:
Fluent English
Familiar with Microsoft Operating System, Network. MCSE or CCNA will be a plus
Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers
Be able to take night shift



客戶支持實(shí)習(xí)生

工作職責(zé):
通過電話,郵件處理客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò),桌面等IT問題

第一級(jí)故障排除和解決客戶的問題

第二級(jí)升級(jí)給相應(yīng)的工程師,供應(yīng)商,直到問題解決
詳細(xì),及時(shí)錄入案例信息,

要求:
流利的英語(yǔ),書面和口語(yǔ)
熟悉微軟操作系統(tǒng),了解計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。 MCSE或CCNA優(yōu)先
良好的溝通技巧,有熱情和耐心的態(tài)度為客戶提供服務(wù)
可以夜班
