To establish a credit system for college students is not only essential but also complex. Firstly, all the behaviors of the students on commerce, such as loaning, should be recorded in detail. Secondly，this credit system is supposed to include credit rating. Each student is corresponding to varied rate, which is usually divided into the degree of excellence, good, fair or poor. Thirdly, a complete credit system is certain to state the responsibility and power of a student in their commercial behavior.

However, on the contrary, some people coosider it does more harm than good. To begin with, college graduates lack experience, so they can be confused about what and how to do.
