1.澳洲EOI移民評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)詳細(xì)介紹
澳大利亞移民局于2012年7月1日開始啟用澳洲EOI評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，EOI(Express of Interest)是一種新的技術(shù)移民簽證邀請(qǐng)制度。
簡(jiǎn)單來說，EOI就是移民局網(wǎng)站發(fā)布的一個(gè)官方打分表，如果我們想遞交技術(shù)移民申請(qǐng)，首先要遞交EOI打分表來表明我們我們有移民意向。我們?cè)谏暾?qǐng)EOI打分之前，需要準(zhǔn)備好職業(yè)評(píng)估函、移民局認(rèn)可的語言成績(jī)、還有自己預(yù)估出來的60分組合結(jié)構(gòu)。
遞交的EOI申請(qǐng)會(huì)在一個(gè)“申請(qǐng)池”里面，移民局每個(gè)月會(huì)從池里根據(jù)自己的需要挑選滿足條件的申請(qǐng)者，我們需要等待移民局挑選到我們的EOI后，發(fā)出邀請(qǐng)，才可以遞交簽證材料申請(qǐng)簽證。通常來講，除了489偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)親屬擔(dān)保類技術(shù)移民簽證外，其他類別技術(shù)移民簽證達(dá)到60分的合格線，都會(huì)被邀請(qǐng)到。IT和會(huì)計(jì)類職業(yè)屬于熱門職業(yè)，有些時(shí)候需要65分以上。EOI制度啟動(dòng)后，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)排除了不符合基本要求的申請(qǐng)人，大大提高了移民局的工作效率，對(duì)申請(qǐng)人來說是件好事。
2.澳洲EOI評(píng)分主要有以下特點(diǎn)
1、提交EOI申請(qǐng)是沒有時(shí)間和地域的限制的。
2、根據(jù)EOI評(píng)分表，申請(qǐng)人已達(dá)到60分的，除會(huì)計(jì)、IT等職業(yè)以外，其他職業(yè)大多數(shù)情況60分就能被邀請(qǐng)。
3、遞交EOI后，只有提名的職業(yè)不能更改，其他打分因素都可以更改。
4、提交EOI是免費(fèi)的，進(jìn)入“申請(qǐng)池”后會(huì)留存兩年，每人有2次提交機(jī)會(huì)。
5、每月邀請(qǐng)兩批，申請(qǐng)人在收到邀請(qǐng)的60天內(nèi)必須遞交簽證申請(qǐng)，否則邀請(qǐng)將被作廢。
6、邀請(qǐng)名額的篩選是按照高分到低分，同等分?jǐn)?shù)按遞交早晚接受邀請(qǐng)。
澳洲EOI評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于澳大利亞技術(shù)移民189、190、489簽證類別，通過分60分。 下面介紹EOI評(píng)分細(xì)則，對(duì)于沒有澳洲學(xué)歷和工作經(jīng)歷的申請(qǐng)人來說，主要是針對(duì)年齡、學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和語言成績(jī)這幾方面，當(dāng)然能拿到配偶加分就更好了。
1、年齡(Age)
- 18-24歲：25分
- 25-32歲：30分
- 33-39歲：25分
- 40-44歲：15分
- 45-49歲：0分
2、與提名職業(yè)相關(guān)的海外工作經(jīng)歷
Overseas work experience in nominated occupation or a closely related occupation
- 3-5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(過去10年)：5分
- 5-8年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(過去10年)：10分

4、英語能力
English language ability (認(rèn)可的考試類型有IELTS/OET/TOEFL iBT/PTE Academic/CAE，成績(jī)單有效期3年。)
- 雅思單項(xiàng)4個(gè)6分的水平(Competent English ) ：0分
- 雅思單項(xiàng)4個(gè)7分的水平(Proficient English) ：10分
- 雅思單項(xiàng)4個(gè)8分的水平(Superior English) ：20分
5、在澳洲學(xué)習(xí)(Australian study requirement)
- 澳大利亞學(xué)位、文憑或者技工學(xué)歷：5分
One or more degrees, diplomas or trade qualifications awarded by an Australian educational institution and meet the Australian study requirement

- 作為全日制學(xué)生在偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)和居住至少2年：5分
You can receive five points if each of the following applied:
• you met the Australian Study requirement
• if you have lived and studied in regional Australia or a low population-growth metropolitan area
• none of the study undertaken constituted distance education.
10、其他——配偶加分(Partner skill qualifications)——加5分
- 50周歲以下
were under 50 years of age
- 至少雅思單項(xiàng)4個(gè)6分的英語能力
had at least competent English

had nominated an occupation on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated occupation
